Received a confirmation of delivery when the flowers were not delivered. Caused confusion and had to call twice for verification they were delivered an hour later then what the email stated
Loved my selection the person who delivered the flowers could of knocked on the door and gave the flowers to the intended recipient instead of just leaving them because now days people steal packages off of some ones steps but luckily the package was received

I order flowers to be sent to my Mother on Friday 3/30 so she would have them as an Easter gift. Tracking showed a delay at 10:30 am that morning, I called to see what was going on with the delivery and was told they would be delivered on Monday 4/2, after Easter is over. I did get a full refund, but my Mom is not getting flowers.:(

First time ordering was slow going. No picture of regular, deluxe and premium to compare bouquets. No picture of card used to print message. Both would have been helpful. My daughter was happy with the flowers. They were beautiful and had a purple theme.
Ordered a large 18 count long stem bouquet for my fiancée birthday the morning of her bday and was worried because I had waited til the day of that they wouldnt arrive on time. They actually arrived less than 4 hours from the time I ordered them and she was very surprised. All the roses were beautiful and the arrangement was gorgeous.
