Apart from the handling and tax charge, which I was not expecting, the whole experience was satisfactory. Did it on behalf of my Big Sister who was not happy with the flowers. The red roses selected was not what was delivered when we received a picture from her daughter who received it. A bit disappointing.
I need to send for my mother. However you blatantly avoid mentioning the very large handling fee of 14.99. What a large percentage of the cost of this product.
