The flowers that arrived to my twin sister's house looked very different than the flowers I saw online :( I ordered the rainbow roses, which should have ranged in color. Including red, yellow, purple etc. She only received pink and white. I am disappointed to say the least. This was very misrepresented and I would have picked a different bouquet for a more colorful birthday bouquet. I will not be shopping with you in the future.
First time using i ordered roses and she recieved lillies. They gave an amount back and gift cirtificate for a future purchase. I ordered for my daughters birthday and the flowers were nice but looked quite a bit different from the picture they have online.
If you are in central wisconsin, i do not recomend this site. Maybe it is better in other areas.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom to be delivered at work on May 30th. I used this company before and was always satified until now. I paid $47.99 for the premium bouquet, $14.99 for delivery, $4.99 got delivery within 4 hours & $2.99 same day delivery. Much to my surprise when I saw the flowers I immediately told her that was not what was to be ordered. I contacted the company and was told this was correct. I tried to explain what was in the arrangement and again the rep stated this was correct. I then asked if I could send a picture and was told that there was no way for them to receive a picture from me. She then stated that since I wasn't satisfied they would give me a 15% discount. The money wasn't the problem, the issue was this was not what I ordered. Being so disappointed and disgusted with their response and the flowers I just hung up. A couple of days later they refunded $7.20 to my credit card. What a disappointment? I will never use this site again. I've attached a picture of the arrangement that was received and a picture from their site of what it should look like. You be the judge. The florist that prepared the arrangement, I hope that they see the post are embarrassed at the product they provided.
My step mom loved the flowers and the candy, she was very happy with them both.

Shipping & handling is excessive

Ordering was simple, and my daughter had told me beforehand to look up a discount code to use at checkout. She has used this service for a few months now with no problems. I was the recipient of some beautiful flowers from her through From You Flowers.
I decided to give them a try. I placed 2 orders and my first Same Day order was not delivered the same day for a birthday, so that was very disappointing. It was received by the birthday person after 3:50 PM CST the next day.
Outstanding -- flowers were so beautiful that my Mother cried. They were a Get Well wish after she fell and broke her arm - she is 86.
They neglected to include the card I filled out, so the recipient had no idea who sent the flowers. When I advised them of their error, they very generously offered me a 10% discount ON MY NEXT ORDER! Wow! Their generosity kind of gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling doesn't it.
Did not look like what I ordered and was a very cheap arrangement!1

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
