I ordered the Zen Artistry plant. It was full and beautiful on the picture. I upgraded it to premium as I wanted it to be special due to the nature of the occasion. However, the plant received was not as full as the one on the picture which had 3 or 4 bamboo shoots. The one received has only 1 bamboo shoot and the accompanying flowers are not as full as they are on the picture. I would love an opportunity to speak with some to rectify this issue.

The arrangement was similar to what was ordered but not as full. Also the balloon that was attached was not what was expected. It seemed more child like and this was an adult gift. I was slightly disappointed as I picked an arrangement verses the past when I selected florist pick.

I was disappointed that the handling charge wasn't made clear in my shopping process. I chose this company by price point, delivery date and quality. The price as misleading (by nearly 50%) and thedelivery window was missed by 24 hrs. Since i purchased for a memorial service, this negated the purpise for the purchase. Customer service was nice but not empowered tosolve the problem. My online order cost me 43 min on hold. In the end they were unable to satisfactorily resolve my concerns (including a request to Upgrade the purchase.
