Your billing is very confusing.
The bouquet not exactly like the picture of which I ordered. The beautiful Irises extended way above the roses. To me there just was not a nice shape to the arrangement. Didn't know there was going to be a Happy Face vase.
Would be better if had something for notation to the florist on delivery etc. They are calling the recipient & therefor the delivery is no surprise.

The fruit basket and birthday balloons ordered for my mother's 90th birthday were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I was charged an additional weekend delivery fee. The fruit basket and balloons were not delivered until Monday, one day after her birthday. No courtesy phone call was made to let myself or my mother know that they would not be able to make the delivery on Saturday. I would not use this vendor again.
Because the plant went to a hospital very far from my home and I cannot contact the person I sent it to, I must trust your company that it was sent.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
