Beautiful flowers sent quickly. This is my 5th order and I have been really pleased every time.
It was wonderful and the nurses who were taking care of my momma loved it!
My only problem is there is nothing to tell me delivery times. My daughter gets off work at 4, the flowers weren't delivered until close to 5, there was no place to put any special instructions so she didn't receive the flowers until the next day & I could've saved on the same day delivery fee.

So many of your items are unique and your prices are very fair. This year my mom has to spend her birthday in a rehabilitation center. Staff members from all over the rehab center came to take pictures of this beautiful flower delivery. It came on a pedestal so one of the staff members went to find plates, a knife and forks thinking it was a real cake decorated with flowers! Mom said she was having a "down day" and then this flower delivery and two balloons arrived. Thank you creating an arrangement for brightening her day!

I tried to order another arrangement for a grieving widow, but the arrangements that were offered with discounts weren't available to the zip code (*******) that I requested. Is this because no florists were available to provide your advertised products? Perhaps only the arrangements available should be illustrated in your advertisements.

I purchased flowers and chocolate for my fiancee for her birthday, I paid expedited for the chocolate to be delivered to her office before 12:00 noon because she always calls me on her lunch break, well i got a call but it was only for the chocolates that got delivered, I said you didn't get any flowers and she said NO i called the *******853 number and spoke with someone and they said we will refund me the $5 i paid to get it delivered before noon, my fiancee called as she leaves work at 430 and said that she still didn't have any flowers... Spoke to Supervisor Jamie and stated that they will deliver them to my house. Who knows if i will get the delivery... SO MUCH FOR MY FIANCEES BIRTHDAY PRESENT AT THE OFFICE.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
