Very quick and easy. I ordered a little late. My daughter in-law was getting off work earlier than expected. I emailed and asked if the flowers could be delivered in a short amount of time, and received a very prompt reply stating a delivery time could not be guaranteed but they would do their best to accommodate my request.
I received a call from my daughter-in-law shortly after Noon stating she received the flowers and candy! She was so happy and loved the arrangement! I was so surprised at how quick she received the flowers!
SO I want to say thank you again!
Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. Right colors but I ordered a circle arrangement and got a spray so hard to no if I got the value in flowers when not the correct arrangement. Was a pretty arrangement though just not like picture.

Easy to order
Ordering online was easy. However my daughter's birthday fell on a Saturday so I requested the orchids be delivered on Friday. UPS tried to deliver on Friday but instead of leaving at the door or calling one of the phone numbers given in the order information they held the orchids till Monday for a second delivery. I called UPS on Monday and gave specific instructions: gate code and request to leave at apartment door even if no one was at home. My daughter reported that she did receive order on Monday however only one orchid flower remained on the plant. I am disappointed in the delivery service.
I dislike how handling fees do not appear until the order process of my credit card. I believe that the handling fees should be shown immediately at product summary overview. Hiding the handling fees till payment processing is not right.
