You need to tell customers up front that there is a very sizable handling charge and not just surprise them at the end.
A great bunch of flowers, although my mother had to go and pick up the flowers in a wallmart car park as at 5.30pm they contacted her to say we don't have your address (order confirmation shows correct address) so i paid $15 delivery for my mother to go pick up her birthday flowers
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
