The flowers were delivered same day, which was great, but they only looked somewhat like the picture. The 2 main types of flowers were the same, but they switched out the other kinds for different ones, which wouldn't have been too bad, except the colors were different. There were beautiful blue flowers in the selection I made, and not a single blue flower in the ones delivered. There was a blue bow around the vase, so I will say they made sure the color was there, however, I really wanted the arrangement from the picture. At least the recipient does not know what it was supposed to look like, so if you get something different you will be the only one who knows.

I changed my rating from five stars to four as a result of the final experience. My friend who was supposed to receive the flowers worked over the weekend and the flowers were sent to reach her while at work for her birthday. At the time the flowers were delivered, there was no phone call made to her to let her know that she has a delivery. Unfortunately she left from work not knowing that she received anything. When she went back today I asked her to look for them and she found them somewhere in the building. The flowers were beautiful as described in the pictures and I am sure they were delivered as promised, but the lack of follow through to close the loop with the end receiver, made something that was meant to be a great surprise a more of a "blah" moment. They were still appreciate it, but I had to tell her about them and she had to look for them... If they would've been sent as an apology, probably my rating would've been on the low end of the spectrum. If you fix this part of the process, everything else works seamless: I was able to place the order very quick and you have a beautiful selection of flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
