When you order something for a certain day or time!?!? First we placed an order for the arrangement on Saturday the 4th. It was suppose to be delivered on MONDAY the 6th in the morning before 12pm. It did not get there until TUESDAY at about 5:30 pm.

The plants were beautiful, but I specifically chose the plant I did because it came in a low, stone pot. It came in a basket, which isn't terrible. The basket was pretty, and I know that you work with florists at a distance and they do their best to match the order. I just wish it would have been similar (I know it won't be the exact pot, but at least A pot) because I bought it for a couple after the loss of their baby and I didn't want them to have to worry about re-potting something. That was literally the entire point of my selection.
The arrangement looked very different than the photo. I feel like I was a victim of bait & switch. I'm disappointed

Thought the flowers were a little bit pricey with the service fees they add but considering they made two different attempts in Chicago ( mag mile) for this delivery, I understand that charge. I had complained that the arrangement was a bit skimpy (which I told them was actually my fault for not reading that the picture online was actually the Fuller arrangement) and they gave me a $20 voucher towards my next arrangement. And they also send you an immediate credit after your orders to use towards the next order( usually expire within a few weeks) that offset their service fees... I looked at so many negative reviews about them I don't quite understand them... this wasn't my experience with them at all. When I emailed them they would email Within an hour even very late into the evenings. I received phone calls and texts from them with updates as well. I have already put in an order for the end of the month and I'm looking forward to doing business with them again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
