My shopping experience was nice. I had a little hiccup with the delivery address but I trust what was saved to be accurate. I do have an issue with no seeing how the price is affected based on the selection of using a vase or a basket. Also, I couldn't add the coupon advertised on page for 15%off. I don't think I can retroactively get a discount. The flowers were beautiful and beans delivered as promised.

I was impressed with the site and the products, photos they provided. The floral company that completed the order did a poor job in my opinion. The "deluxe" full of flowers was a not a full vase. I could have done what they did, which was to gather some flowers, greens and dump them in a clear vase...looked bad. I will not return to this site...no where near the photo that was shown.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
