Very disappointed with Flowers received. They are nothing like those pictured on the website and I even paid for the delux bouquet! There were more green leaves than flowers.

the big selection of balloons for him for our anniversary. He always get's me flowers and a beautiful card. Well he came home for lunch, and when he went to leave, the ballloons were outside the door. Boy was he surprised. So was I, cause I didn't hear them out there. Being delivered. Made for an even more special day. Thank you for a great display.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
