Description of the flowers that I ordered said that they would be in a turquoise blue mason jar. The flowers were beautiful but unfortunately they were not in the blue mason jar that I was hoping for.
I've use your service in past, while my wife was living. But since she has past on I stopped. This order is for my daughters (17) anniversary.
Please also take note that the delivery service show delivery was delivered, but in actually it wasn't because I called my daughter and she advise NO delivery was made at the time indicated. I was concerned so we locked up the tracking info and it stated package was out on delivery.
Other than that issue, they we're very astound with the bouquet.

Great difficulty using the website the first four or five times as it did'nt want the valid credit card number I had. Telephoned and went through the whole order again only to have another problem. Gave up but tried on more time because I wanted the arrangement I had picked out.
Order was delivered as promised and was an exceptionally nice.
I was disappointed with the product delivered to my daughter-in-law. Although the flowers were beautiful, the comparison between the pictured product and the actual product delivered was unbelievable. I guess they picture the deluxe version? If so, they need to make that clear. The cost was way too much for the product that was delivered.
My delivery was suppose to be delivered on 8-19-18, but was delivered on 8-18-18 it was left on the front porch in the rain. By the time someone got home the balloons were deflated.
I requested a specific delivery date. The flowers were not delivered on that date.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
