I logged in to Amazon as one of the options on your site, but became confused, as it didn't seem like I was "IN" Amazon, and could not use any of the credits I had established, or any of the money on my gift card that is logged with Amazon. That's OK though, I was still able to complete the transaction quickly and without any show-stoppers.
OH - one last thing - This is a gift, so when entering the "deliver-to" name and address, there was a phone number box to fill out. I thought that meant the phone number of the recipient. When I entered their phone number, I learned that it was assuming this to be a contact number for ME. It wasn't clear on the page for the ship-to address that this was to be MY number, not the recipient's. Maybe you could add a clarifier there. Thank you!
Follow-up: The person who was supposed to receive the flowers and chocolate was away, and returned two days after the flowers and chocolate were delivered. They said the flowers were still in excellent condition, and beautiful! Thank you!
I sent the plant arrange to my son in Boston at Tufts University. He just sent a picture of them and we are both pleased. He got them at 10:00 AM. Speedy service and is use your company again.
