The arrangement and the picture on website seem to have variations. Looks like more the regular than the deluxe that I order and the vase was solid blue versus the clear blue pictured.

Ordered a candy birthday bouquet and it arrived melted. There was only one ice pack in the. It and it was hot. Called as soon as I opened the box and reposted the condition of the candy and was offered a 35% refund and a rwdelivery ar their next available date. In other words, not in time for my husbands birthday! Very disappointed, I should have made the candy bouquet myself.

I ordered these about a week before I wanted them delivered. A lady friend was having an operation in a hospital in Missouri and when I called to see if they were delivered, they weren't. When I checked, they said they were sorry but they would be delivered the following day. When I called the hospital, sure enough they did arrive the following day, but she said they were a little stale and on there last leg. She said they had a date on the arraignment 6 days prior to the date of there delivery. Not a happy camper with these people, and it will be the last they see of me. They did offer some money back but it's not a money thing
The plants were lovely as was the container. Everything arrived as scheduled and in excellent condition. Very happy
