The only thing I didn't like was the expedited morning shipping box pre-selected. Had to go back and change it. This arrangement was sent as a birthday gift. It was delivered on time and was lovely. I will order again and recommend this company.

Easy to use and quick and a fair price
The basket was left on the porch in 80 degrees weather. If a neighbor had have seen it and taking in it would have spoiled. We didn't know it was coming. Should have called before delivery.
For my daughter B-day I've ordered pink orchid for $60 (+ $5 tax). Thanks, I got free delivery (which normally is $15) and no any another charges. I didn't know this flower will be that beautiful. My daughter was surprised how gorgeous the orchid is, big and blooming super nice. And I am happy I could make a nice gift (from Poland) to her (Bloomington IL). Thank you so much!

I am quite disappointed in the flowers that were sent for my bff bday. The flowers in the picture are very different than what she received. The name of the flowers is blue skies and there were no blue flowers in the arrangements. I would like to be compensated in some way because your business is as good as your promise, to deliver beautiful flowers and this florist missed the mark.
This arrangement was sent to my Son's surgeon in Florida as a thank you. He has it on his desk and loves it.
Our parents were very happy with the basket.
My recipient was very happy to receive the flowers and because she is in the hospital 3000 miles away, I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
Didn't mention the shipping charge until the very end. It would be nice to know how much for shipping in advance.

The price was 52 until the very end when it went up to 62. And then all kinds of service charges added. Too much trouble to go back to see what happened.
