I did this order online and the message said if I were to get this placed at the time I was typing in the information it would be delivered same day. Not to long after the order was placed I received an email stating it wasn't able to be delivered same day but would get out as soon as possible today & that my same day charge would be waived (which I do appreciate) but I must say it was very disappointed that the message said I could have same day delivery but that wasn't really the case.
The bouquet does not look nearly as full as the picture, and they added in a bunch of carnations where there were supposed to be roses
Very easy to order and she liked the flowers.
Overall very happy. I wanted to change/edit my order after it was in the cart, and I was unable to do this. I had to delete and start over. Would be nice if you could fix this. Also, I wanted to add two balloons of two different colors, but the site doesn't allow for that. Enable? Last, I always think the added changes of shipping, handling, and delivery are too high. I am not happy with this order. The delivery time never updated so I didn't know when the order was received.
Also, what I paid for was not what I got. I specifically ordered an arrangement in a blue mason jar. The arrangement came in a green vase.
The flowers were for my mom, for her birthday. She says they really brightened her day; she loved all the cheerful yellow!

After receiving the flowers I can definitely say it seemed both smaller and not as robust as what was shown in the photographs. It's a photographer's trick, I get it. But, having something there for comparison might have enticed me to spend more. On the other hand, I have no clue why I paid for "deluxe" arrangement when neither the receiver or I could see anything special about the arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
