Great way to order a gift for someone. Smooth process.
Lady on phone was nice and does deserve a raise. Unfortunately, regarding the shop that fixed the order to be delivered, my friend did not receive the mylar balloon I had ordered that said Get Well Soon. Instead, she received a Happy Birthday Balloon and this upset me since her birthday was last month, not now! I still do not understand why the shop did this error unless they did not read the order correctly. I had called and they did bring a Get Well Balloon to my friend but the damage was already done. This is my first order with fromyouflowers and I think it may be my last. Very disappointed because of the mistake made.
Would be good if there was a program for reduced shipping/handling fees.

The last time I bought flowers from you guy they were amazing! I hope this order is too!---- was what i wrote prior to the order being delivered. My aunt had received one of your deluxe bouquets and it was huge! She kept going on and on about it and it totally brightened her day! Now, the ones i just sent my mom in this order, also receiving a deluxe bouquet, were just... meh. They still did the job but they definitely were the regular size judging by your website and the size my aunts were. Also there were no purple flowers like in the photo. I understand it may be hard for all florists to have the same flowers but they could've at least substituted to fill in the gaps, this looked a bit patchy.

Disappointed that I went through the purchasing to find out that there was an unexpected $14.99 delivery fee added - no where did I see that mentioned. Fortunately found a code to save that fee - would be nice to be honest up front of fees rather than making customers search for codes to get what they offer for free anyway.
Flowers were shipped from California to Utah - left instructions for delivery to a business during afternoon business hours. An attempt was made by UPS to deliver during the morning to the address but UPS said that the address was incorrect (after calling and speaking with UPS for about 30 minutes it was determined that the UPS driver went to the wrong door in the building but the address was correct). UPS was given the phone number and address again to re-deliver (with instructions) but they did not contact the receiver.
Finally had to call UPS and arrange for a pick-up.
Won't recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
