While I understood not to expect exactly what was pictured, I did expect to see something relatively close. The flowers (tulips) were correct, but instead of being in a container in which they would, and should, have been upright, they were place in a container so small they were all flopped over the sides in a completely haphazard fashion. This was NOT the lovely gift I had intended for my mom on her 80th birthday. I'm rather surprised that the vendor didn't think to go a local store to find a more appropriate container, if only to uphold their own name and reputation, both within their own comunity, but also with your company. At the very least they could have contacted me directly to discuss before sending.
I bought the delux bundle vut thought the arrangement and number of roses was small.

I sent these to a dear lady that is terminally ill... her daughter sent me a picture. I could have done a better job with my eyes shut and one hand tied behind my back. Just some daisy's in a bunch, the smaller flowersl in a bunch and the ribbon shoved into the middle of the flowers to take up space... I was ashamed of those flowers.
I would be more than happy to show you the picture of what was sent compared to what was ordered.
