I did not like receiving a coupon that said I can save $15 on handling, once applied the sale price for the flowers went from $44 to $60, so that was no savings. I do appreciate getting the sales price back after a couple of days past.

The only disappointment is you advertise same day delivery in MS.; I expected at least 2nd day delivery, but when I put in zip code I was advised delivery of that item was not available to that zip code then when I finally found an acceptable item to purchase, it will not be delivered until Thursday (I ordered on Tuesday)
Ordered to be delivered on a specific date only to be told the next day (the day of delivery) that it couldn't be delivered. Also did not get exactly what was pictured. That's why I ordered it!
I sent them to my girlfriend and when she got them some were wilted and broken.
Both flower arrangements didn't match the picture I saw on the website which what got my attention in a first place. The flowers itself looked cheap and the vase was not the one on the picture. I appreciate Sunday delivery the most - it saved me! But the arrangement was not much like the choice I selected. Only the vase was the same. The quick delivery made the difference though, truly. The arrangement was still very nice, just didn't match my selection much.

The ordering process was very simple and I was able to order last minute flowers for my mother after her accident. I was disappointed in the arrangement. It was a lot smaller than advertised, the flowers weren't put together well, and they didn't even put the bow on it.

The only problem I had was I ordered the wrong item at first after all my credit card info and couldn't delete it. Then I accidentally clicked out. I never confirmed the first order. I ordered again and then it said thank you for your order which is the order I wanted. I just hope I didn't place 2 orders.

As I live in the UK with family in the USA it is good to find a flower delivery service I can rely on. Our daughter in law was delighted with the flowers and they were delivered the following day as promised.
My only negative comment I have is that a service/handling charge was added at checkout and I think with all internet services this should be added to the purchase price at the beginning. Just a niggle I have with all internet shopping sites that charge this. Other than that - a good shopping experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
