I paid for the larger bouquet, but received a small bouquet and the total was $80, I think the gap between what you advertise, and what the actual florist is capable of providing is a miss. I was a little take aback when my friend sent me a picture of the actual bouquet she received. It was still beautiful but much smaller than I thought it would be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
