Why is a 14.99 handling fee slipped in on the last screen? This should be made more apparent from the beginning? Why can I not enter a different savings code if one is already inserted? I didn't even have the option to see if I could save more with a different code. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner with a hand written note. I'm content with the product and service but the hidden fees are sneaky and a business practice that should be avoided.

More expensive than expected...this was the first and last time I ordered from fromyouflowers! I am so very disappointed and angry with my order; it was not at all what I expected...completely different flowers were used to create the smaller than expected bouquet. I specifically ordered "Blissfully yours" because it looked very elegant and had no lilies (since my sister is allergic) however the order she received had the original flowers replaced with lilies!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
