Shopping was quick and easy! Delivery time was fine. The products in the basket, however, were nowhere near worthy of the price I paid.

Quick and easy site to select and send flowers.
I asked for delivery today and did not see expected time of delivery. These are being delivered to the school where my wife teaches and she is only there until 2:30pm. Is it possible to advise time of delivery and ask 'is this suitable?' Before taking the order? I have ordered before on special occasions and have not had a problem when they were not delivered on time, but would be nice to have confirmation before ordering. Thx.

Dont waste your time. These guys are beyond horrible. Not only did my flowers not get there same day, but when they did get delivered, they delivered to wrong address and refused to redeliver, and not refund my money.
They are crooks. I cant even get through to anyone. Their emails are al auto response and noone calls to resolve. When I call and ask for a supervisor... they barely speak English and I get put on hold and noone ever comes back.
Dont do business with them. The last few days dealing with this has been nothing but a headache. Next time I will call a florist locally directly!
Very easy to use
My friend took picture and nothing like what I wanted. Had 2 not 3 sunflowers. Roses were different color and flowers looked much skimpier. She was happy but I knew what it was supposed to look like. Very disappointed

I ordered a set of flowers that had a pink with white polka dots and what I thought were carnations and lilys and roses. She received something similar but not what I was expecting. In fact the bow she got was different and it did not match the colored vase at all. Overall I was pleased with how easy it was to order but so much on the selection or actual item

Flowers arrived on time and we're fresh, recipient sent me a photo. I was however very very disappointed in the arrangement. It looked nothing like the photo on line where arrangement was full, even & artfully arranges in vase. This one was sparse looking, a lot of greenery shoved in to take up space, uneven and not appealing to the eye at all. I increased my order to the Premium level and this was not it. I did call customer service and they offered to re-send another arrangement. I agreed and thought it was a great solution. Thank you
Representative on phone also offered a $10 coupon for next purchase, but did not tell me how I would receive and I didn't think to ask. I was satisfied with the outcome.

The package was nice and delivered on time and I will use this service again. Although there were some unexpected charges at the end of the process that I wish I was made aware of in the beginning.
