My package was delivered to the hotel where my friend was staying. The package arrived same day as was ordered. The package was nicely packaged and my friend was surprised with the gift.
Website was easy to browse, pictures help. Felt that the pricing wasn't totally clear, photos were of the "deluxe" or larger version of flowers but the price is for a smaller version. Actual shipping/handling felt high and was not disclosed until the end which feels a bit unfair and like hiding the ball.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
