I like the ease of ordering flowers to be delivered, but it is always a little bit of a shock when the handling charge is added. I had a bouquet sent to a relative and she called me delighted by the gift so I am glad that she enjoyed them.

Pricing increased while item was still in the cart, but I purchased anyway because I needed the flowers that very day. What arrived was disappointing... Roses were not fresh and other flowers were rather sparse in areas. It was a birthday gift for an officemate and it worked out but I won't be back. Too bad as they have a good idea but quality was definitely lacking.
The company that did the delivery the flowers call the person that I wanted to surprise it would have been better not to call. They call because they wanted to know what time the person was going to be leaving work delivery time could have been better.
Per my daughter-in-laws facebook photo the flowers appeared nice - one was a little droopy but could have been due to something other than florist) The arrangement was great!
