The arrangement I ordered was not as pictured or described.It was not all roses as I expected,their were some lilies in the arrangement,very disappointed...will not buy from you again. Lilies are poisonous to cats,which the recipient has three. No where on the order form does it ask if substitution flowers are acceptable.

The basket was a plastic bowl. Though the pineapple was not ripe that's alright. Some of the fruit was bruised. Truly, for the cost, I could have done it myself and included more.
