You really get people on the delivery fee. Your prices look good until you add on the the delivery fee at the last minute. And then the arrangement my mom got was awful.
It was great until I was to login to my account and I didn't remember my pass word. And it wouldn't send any thing to my email account for a recovery one. So I loved in hopefully with Facebook or amazon...
So far I only Oder from you flowers.com, very professional an everyone I sent a basket or flowers to, loved it. When a problem came up, I got in touch and they were so helpful an it was such an easy transaction. I would recommend them.
My flowers were delivered at 730PM. I am aware that the delivery was rerouted to fulfill the delivery promise but this is NOT what I expected. Disappointed.

I received a note that the order had been delivered hours before it had actually been delivered. That worried me a bit since the weather is super cold and I wasn't sure if someone had been home to receive the flowers. But in the end, it all went fine and the recipient is super happy.
When filing or the order form I was given a price which i thought was the delivery price.
When i completed my order, I was then charged an additional S&H price. It was confusing.

Overall this was an easy and good experience. The only thing I have to complain about is that the picture that was presented on the website did not arrive at my mothers for her birthday. There were only 3 flowers that had bloomed in the bouquet, the rest were still just buds.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
