The balloons I ordered were florist picks. Imagine my surprise when the ones that I ordered for STEVE came with a princess and cupcake balloon! Not exactly ideal... The florist should have looked at the gift card, determined that they were for a man and selected appropriately OR the website should have asked more questions which I would have gladly answered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
