I thought the shipping & handling would be less than listed in the order detail.
It is a little pricey but the customer service is top notch. I realized that the address box was not big enough to add in a hospital floor and room number so I emailed them and I got s response back in less then 10 minutes saying they added it and will notify me when delivered. You get what you paid for and I got excellence.
I paid for deluxe size planter and it was very small. Flowers were wilting very next morning

Considered walking in to the local florist, but this was so simple! Now just have to get the flowers to complete the experience. Upon receipt, it was just a little plain(mostly daisies) for what i thought was the top option.
