The flowers were delivered on time which was great just a little pricy for what I paid overall.
I came to the site to order because I received an email that I earned a $12 credit. I selected the flowers I wanted, filled in the card and selected add to cart. Went to the cart to check out and the credit showed, still as $12, completed all of the billing information and got to the last screen only to find my $12 credit had become a $2 credit for some reason. I left the site at that time. Then, I get an email that says come back and get free shipping. Okay, fine I'll give it another try, I mean, with free shipping on top of the $2 credit that's a better deal now anyway. Apparently, when they offer free shipping you lose any credit that you have "earned." I still ordered because it is a beautiful looking bouquet and I hope my Mother In Law will enjoy it. I am hopeful the flowers will be as pretty as they are in the picture.

Placed my third order with your company and was offered the same 12$ off as I was the first order. Promotion offers are not getting better and the service fee is as much as that coupon..

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
