Unfortunately, I was so disappointed when my sister-in-law sent me a picture and 4 of the 12 roses were wilted and leaves crumpled! How frustrating it is to pay for a beautifully pictured item to received them wilted and leaves crumpled and/or missing. My mother-in-law appreciated them and even mentioned how droopy some of the flowers were, but she was going to put them in water to build them back up. Of course she said she loved them from her family in Indiana, but I was not pleased. I hope that my daughters bouquet is as pretty and fresh as the pictured item, because her birthday is tomorrow the 20th. Please don't disappoint me.

It was very easy to order flowers from them. I ordered the flowers around 9pm the night before I needed them and they were delivered by 12:00 noon the next day. They didn't look quite like the ones I ordered, but they were close enough and beautiful just the same. My friends really liked receiving them for their anniversary.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
