Easy navigation. Excellent choices
Everything was great except the product was much smaller than what is shown on the website. The flowers were sent to a friend who is very ill and she was kind enough to send me a picture of them. Despite ordering the deluxe version, these look more like the basic version. The cup was also different from what is pictured on the website, but similar enough so that it is not an issue. The arrangement itself is very cheery and bright and the colors are exactly as shown on the website.
Convenient and easy but the picture online was very different from what was actually delivered. Very disappointed.
Flowers started out as $31.99 and ended up costing $55.

Like how simple the process was to complete
The flowers did not match what I ordered. Instead of the happy gerbera daisy's, they substituted cheap carnations which I do not like at all. As a former flower shop owner myself for 12 years, I know carnations cost less then the daisy's and that should have changed the overall price.
Vase was not pink, it was clear. There appears to be less flowers in the delivery, than the pictures.
