I received my order and the cup, flowers did not look nothing like the picture I purchased. The balloon was the wrong one. So was the card. Management refused to give me my money back only wanted to give me a little back. And a gift card. I'm very dissatisfied with this order and will not be making any further purchases. I will be spreading the word not to order from this company because they lie about the product they sell.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
