Very nice selection of orchids. I ordered the Twilight orchid that is supposed to darken in color at night. I haven't seen this yet. I would have like a notice if it was substituted and I would have gladly chosen another from your beautiful array.
I did not receive the flowers I chose. They do not look as advertised on website.
The flower arrangement was ok but not like the same pictured on the order. The flowers used were so so and the arrangement looked put together in a hurry and I was a little disappointed considering the amount I was charged. I didn't think is was worth what was paid. Maybe it was the Florist that made it up!

This is awesome, to be able to customize a vase is great...however I thought the picture and script would be printed directly on the vase. Also the flowers arrived a day late and were wilted when they arrived...very disappointed

It was probably the easiest walk through of buying i've ever done on a site, i wasn't left asking questions everything was there that i needed to know,Just had issues with the delivery, i ordered at 730am thinking that would give them ample time to process my order for same day delivery, it was a gift for my wife to her workplace but time was ticking away fast and on the site it said nothing had changed it was still being made,
I ended up contacting customer service they were not very helpful, i was looking for an eta as time was running out and my wife would be home soon the guy never actually ansered my question about eta on them, so i gave up, thankfully my wife did get them before she left work but i didnt even get a confirmation that they were delivered until late that night. But its all cool man,
