I ordered expedited shipping to which it was not received in the window of time promised. When I contacted the customer service, they refunded my expedite fee, which is the least they could do as the service that was paid for was not received. I again contacted them to see what further they could do because the quality of flowers was average at best and they just apologized and that was all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It was no cheaper than preserving directly from a local florist.
