Patient just sent me a picture of flowers! I ordered a dish garden- with a few live flowers-what was delivered is an UGLY leftover Easter looking basket with a high handle and a few plants and some random flowers-it was for a man- I did not want pink flowers in it! Totally horrible, unacceptable and definitely not worth $63.00! Best part and only good part was the balloon! I intend on calling and complaining!

Recipient's picture of product did not match the product picture on the website. The Classic Christmas Tree was shown with a container which had a white snowflake design on a red background. This was nice because the arrangement had no contrasting colors in it. What was sent was a plain red container. The arrangement had only red carnations with greenery, so it was a lot of red. I understand that every florist doesn't have every vase/container, but there should be some communication between fyf and the florist about color contrast/quality. There was some sort of a special on this arrangement, so I decided, based on the picture, that I would be receiving good value for my money.
Quality of flowers was good, shipping promptness was good.
So far so good lets see about the delivery.

I ordered two orders so I am hoping this is for the one delivered yesterday! Beautiful flowers - not as large as expected based on me choosing the maximum but very pretty!
I have one complaint: the vase in which the rose was delivered was different from the one on the picture - and the one on the picture was why I chose that rose. It was a beautiful bottle, but the rose arrived in quite a commonly shaped vase. That was a tad disappointing.
