Flowers received a day late. Promised a credit for the same day delivery but it was never given. I upgraded to a larger bouquet, paying more mind you, and my mother received an embarrassingly small arrangement. Wedding Barbie had a bigger bouquet! Will NEVER USE AGAIN.
I am purchasing from Ireland and we have an eir code with letters and numbers. I could only put in numbers. Thank you for delivering the flowers on time. She was just out of hospital and they cheered her up. It was nice that I could do that for her from Ireland.
Signing in to my account was a little difficult and the price was increased by $20 at checkout...? I placed my order anyway and hoping it's a beautiful gift for them. Fingers are crossed.

The flowers and arrangement were beautiful. I was disappointed that the vase was not what I had ordered. I had ordered the Christmas arrangement that came in an ornament but it was still beautiful & flowers fresh. Totally satisfied
