Web page is very simplistic to order and the price was fantastic. Our best friends daughter was in surgery for over 12 hours and we sent flowers for the next day since she was finally out of ICU. The Christmas bouquet was delivered the same day we ordered them. We were pleasantly surprised. The arrangement was beautiful and brightened up their day and the hospital room. They even posted them on facebook. My husband and I appreciate the thoughtfulness and the beautiful arrangement sent by fromyouflowers in this time of need. I recommend them to anyone and will continue to order from them. Thank you so much
I have used fromyouflowers a few times and they have always done a great job. They have a great selection to choose from and the flower companies that they use to do their selection are usually very close to what you choose.
The product delivered was not what I expected at all. I have ordered flowers this way --other merchants-- many times before and for > $70 total price, I was expecting a better quality flower arrangement. This is a very small arrangement, not at all what it looks like in the website when you order. Also, the quality of the flowers was not that great. Some of them already have dark tips and to top it off, the "miniature" teddy bear delivered had a price tag attached to it that my wife spotted! Price tag $9.99 - price I paid $15:-( Very disappointed to be completely honest. The only good thing was the fast delivery.

I was sent email stating my order would not be delivered before Christmas which was very disappointing since I ordered it on Friday, but in fact the order was delivered earlier than I wanted which was Saturday. A bit confusing but person who received the order was very happy.
I received an email that my order had arrived. I waited 1/2 hour and then called the party that was getting the flowers. She hadn't received the flowers and it ruined the surprise. I called customer service and was put on hold 3 times for a total of 15 minutes while they called the florist. My wife called back during this last hold to tell me the delivery person was at the door and the flowers had arrived. I was not thew sequence I would like to see when I am trying to make someones day
The order was delivered to the wrong address. Good thing the people who received it was honest enough to call my daughter to tell her they had received her flower centerpiece. But it foiled the surprise and was not like the picture that I ordered. It was nice but not like what we ordered. Very unhappy with this order and the delivery of it. And I hope this is posted so people can be aware.
