I ordered 2 bouquets for 2 different people and the emails that confirm the delivery were incorrect for each person. They were flip flopped. No big deal...they got the correct orders. Other than that everything was great.

I ordered 3 balloons, a "premium" bouquet, a large teddy bear and a large box of chocolates for my sister who is in the hospital. She did receive a very cute bear and box of chocolates. However, she received one tiny balloon and a bouquet that looked NOTHING like the photo of the premium bouquet. I also paid extra for morning delivery. Nope. She received it late in.the day. This company's advertising is deceptive. I called to complain and they offered me a 15% discount on.the bouquet. Ridiculous! I wanted my sister to receive a plush beautiful bouquet. Giving me a paltry discount doesn't make up for the small sparse bouquet she received. Don't bother. Find a reputable local florist and order from them. This company is a sham.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the order received. We ordered the Premium sized "O Christmas Tree" arrangement which shows red roses but what was delivered was multi-colored carnations. Carnations are not what the picture shows and definitely not worth a premium price of approximately 90.00. Please advise regarding why carnations were used for a "premium" level arrangement and is also not what was advertised. Thank you.

I checked out with a $47 order only to pay $71. That handling fee at the end is very disappointing. When I saw the picture of the bouquet my mom got I wanted to cry. It was so skimpy and not at all like the picture. I want a refund! I mean it, I feel totally cheated!
