Very Easy to use!
I had to redo my order. When I did that, the discount I initially received was never applied. I didn't notice this until after the order was submitted. I could have had $10.00 off my order. Also, the picture of the arrangement my sister sent me did not reflect, in my opinion, the deluxe arrangement which I ordered. Plus, the special credit I received was only good for 2 weeks. Don't have any occasion to use it in that time.
It came on time and the flowers were beautiful!
The only problem I had was that I receive an email saying that the flowers were delivered around 6pm eastern time and the flowers weren't delivered until 8:18pm eastern time.

The floral arrangement I selected for my sister's funeral was just as beautiful as shown in the catalog. The flowers were fresh and just the right shades of pink that she liked. I would definitely order fromyouflowers again.

Overall the experience was great. When they realized they could not meet the same day delivery request they contacted me via both email and phone - refunded the same day charge and confirmed delivery for the next day. Overall, very satisfied and happy.
Nice flowers & delivered in hours
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
