Unable to modify the order once I got to the end. Found the service fees at the end to cause me to pay more than budgeted. With that being said - probably won't order from you again since I would have had to start the order process over to adjust the order. This time I didn't adjust the order due to time and "feelings" over the order. Therefore, this will be my last order on this site.

The flowers I paid for (98 dollars) looked nothing like the bouquet that was delivered to my wife. I contacted the website fromyouflowers.com and told them about this issue and they complied saying they will agree to give me 30% off what I paid for. I only received $16.82 back from them. That is definitely not 30% of 98$. So I am furious with my experience with this purchase. I am entitled to what I paid for. This was just a very awful experience for me and I feel like I wasted my money. I hope this message gets to whoever is in charge of this company so this issue can be resolved correctly. So far so good! Used to shop exclusively with 800-Flowers until my mom's Christmas flowers were not delivered prior to Christmas Eve (this past Sunday) although I received an email stating that they had been! Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I hope this delivery goes well so that I can begin shopping exclusively with you...as I send my mom flowers every holiday (and will continue to do so) since she was admitted to this nursing home a year ago.

The Floral arrangement was beautiful, I was a bit disappointed that I paid for a Happy Anniversary Balloon, but the arrangement had a Happy Birthday Balloon attached, can i be refunded the money from the Balloon?
The flowers I ordered to be delivered Christmas Eve were delivered on Friday instead (I was notified this would be the case but had no opportunity to comment). A photo of the flowers were sent to me and I was VERY disappointed in them. Instead of a lovely, compact tree shape with little roses scattered throughout along with a few bobbles and a smallish ribbon on top the shape was a messy tree shape, it looked like there were three huge red roses in it and the ribbon at the top completely overpowered the arrangement with ribbon tails hanging a long way down the sides. In all fairness the recipient said they were lovely - but I certainly did not feel they were very similar to what I had expected. I doubt very much if I would ever go through your service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
