I ordered a premium funeral heart flower. Was assured over the phone it would be a large decent size. Paid close to $200 with discount. What came was a total embarassment and lie. It was so small compared to the picture and details I was given. It was the size of a 8x11 paper. I was lied to, jipped and From you flowers will only refund me 50% of my money. I told them what they sent me was a lie! Fraudulent advertising. Fraudulent sales. Fraudulent overall. I told them to come back and get their embarassment of a lie and give me back my full refund. They will not! Never order from them ever again! Beware of this $#*!ty place.

Please have your handling charges shown by each product sold and not at checkout. Product description wasn't very accurate concerning size.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
