Simple and easy every step of the way. Even the delivery guy was amazing. A very good and positive experience.
The candles were missing from the cake. She loved the beautiful arrangement, but didn't have a clue that the square was supposed to be a cake. Oh, yeah it was square, not round like pictured. They sent an anniversary balloon and birthday not 2 birthday balloons.
But mom loved the chocolate and the flowers!

I always feel sort of "hoodwinked" after taxes and delivery charges are added. The total always ends up being much more than the advertised price.
The arrangement I ordered was supposed to have sunflowers, roses and carnations in it. Although it was still pretty, it arrived with 2 roses and 2 mums and the rest was just filler flowers. I feel like I should have been called or at least contacted about either changing my order to a different arrangement or something. I understand that certain flowers may not have been available, but to only put 1 of the 3 flowers that was supposed to be in the arrangement without contacting me first, in my opinion is not the way to handle business. The vase was not the vase shown online, however it was in my opinion a better vase.
By far this is the most loveliest selection ever! So pleased how they treat the customer, will order again and again, love it!

Quick and easy to order. My daughter said the flowers are beautiful! Next time I'll pay extra for morning delivery. Unsure exactly when the flowers were delivered to my daughter's work place. We live about 6 hours hours apart and thought having flowers delivered would be a great idea. I kept checking the online delivery status and called her work office about 3:30 Central Time to see if tthe flowers were delivered. Apparently they have a 'gate keeper' and that person thought the flowers were from the office and was going to wait and give them to here when the office did their Birthday celebration for her later in the day. That's not your fault though and 'Murphy's Law' for me. It was a little disappointting for me; I wanted my daughter to enjoy getting the flowers at work earlier. Last year, my daughter worked somewhere else and I used a competitor and I did not pay extra for early delivery and she received them around 10:00 a.m. Like the discount and online status check and that you send an email to recipient about how to keep flowers fresh. Will use again. Thank you for allowing feedback!

Whole lot better than FTD
Lovely service, convenience is great. Quality sometimes questionable. Sometimes no delivery at all! BUT tracking will say delivered, and it is upsetting tracking will say delivered on line but not actually done yet whixh causes confusion and anxiety. Then if after hours there is no one to contact at actual florist as this company only middleman. Then obly compensation is an upgrade and 30% off original order. Not worth the problem for me.

Great selection & easy to order. Shipping is a bit expensive but using the coupon helped with pricing. You should be able to get the 20% discount and Free shipping at the same time not just one.
Shipping and handling is outrageous.
