Don't judge product by pictures on website. Product was not the same size. Picture looked great and seemed a fair size for price. But received item was much smaller. Disappointing for the price I paid.

I ordered this large plant for my nephew's funeral. I wasn't able to attend the services, but my Sister-in-law told me it was "Beautiful". I absolutely will order from this company in the future. In fact when my sister-in-law gets back to her home state, I plan on sending her a vase of flowers, to lift her spirits! Thank you!
I didn't get the first order until almost 7pm Friday night, was told by 3pm and the second order didn't arrive until 3 Saturday. They said they came to the house but didn't, they called and I was at work and couldn't take the call that's why my wife waited at home for her gift to arrive and was home all day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
