Ordering was easy and straight forward. Lots is payment options. I ordered at noon and order was delivered before 4pm! Love the follow up survey. Would use again!
Not happy about the surprise $14.99 fee charged at checkout. The flower cake was beautiful however it did not look anything like the picture. There were no purple bows or tuk and ruffle as shown. The daisies were not white, instead lavender, blue and some yellow roses which may have been added for compensation. All and all because it is beautiful and my daughter does not know what it is supposed to look like, I am able to gift her with a unique flower cake and I know she will love it. It was my first experience buying flowers on line, I would try it again knowing it may not look exactly like the arrangement as displayed.
