Everything from the purchase to the delivery went as expected
Great and on'-time service and a very nice arrangement, but quite pricey
Not having amount of deliver show until almost through order is awful. Then after cancelling my order, specifically due to the cost of delivery, sending an email asking me to come back and finish the order and receive FREE DELIVERY! Really?
The "florist's choice" was not what I expected either - however that would be the florist, not fromyouflowers - carnations and daisies...
The flowers we ordered do not look like what we received very disappointed! They look like the cheaper version not the most expensive one.
The recipient mentioned that he received balloons with the order; I didn't order balloons but my guess is the florist didn't have all the flowers that were photographed in the European Floral Garden bouquet, so they substituted. That's fine, but I hope the arrangement was plentiful. I haven't seen the actual flowers yet but I paid for deluxe.
