They were lovely flowers
My first comment that I made on the day of purchase was that It was unclear until checkout that same day delivery was an additional $14.99. To add on an additional amount at that price is deceiving. I chose your site based on what seemed to be good prices, only to see the price exactly the same as other companies upon checkout.
My updated comment which is today comes from after seeing a photo of what my mom received. The flower arrangement not only looks much less attractive than it did online, but it also had no bow or anything around the vase, which is included by most other vendors. The arrangement literally looked like it was thrown together and not by a professional.
I will not be a returning customer nor will I be recommending this to anyone.
My great-granddaughter received her gift today and she is thrilled! She said it made her day! Thank you From You Flowers for your excellent customer service!

Knapp Flower Shop has never failed to deliver beautiful flower arrangements. I've used them several times for my long distance orders and always satisfied. Highly recommend them!
Easy to place order. Great selection and great prices! However, they were not delivered when promised. They were delivered the next morning. And, the arrangement was not what I wanted/ordered. I specifically wanted the "white Lilies" and, while I understand they may not have been available, I didn't want "pink" roses added. I wanted the purple and white theme/look that I ordered.
