Very easy & quick. Did have problem that I couldn't go back & change the order. Was not happy that a handling charge was not shown before hand.
The cost is crazy. But I was willing to pay it since you offered a guarantee same day delivery. I DID NOT RECIEVE THAT GUARANTEE! THEN THE FLOWERS WERE MEDIOCRE! The arrangement looks as though a child threw them in a vase and the flowers are half dead!
