I have used Fromyouflowers several times and the service and products are great. They are always delivered within the time frame you promised. The only real complaint I have is I am not allowed enough characters in the address box, which is a pain when the address is long--long business name or long address, like when it's going to a hospital.

Got to say am very unhappy about my recent order. Flowers which have been sent to my mother all the time arrived fine. Now, on her birthday you tell me that her location is too remote... KEEPING IN MIND YOU HAVE SENT THEM TO THAT LOCATION BEFORE. You took my money but did not give it back. Nor did flowers make it late, you basically told me tough luck. I don't have the time in the day to waste speaking to a supervisor. Give me a refund! Just ordered something much nicer from Amazon, ordered 5 min ago and will be delivered today. This must happen a lot, couldn't help but notice I couldn't leave a review... YOU GET A SINGLE BROKEN STAR!

Unfortunately, the arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING like the arrangement I chose on the web site. That was my main concern but I hoped for the best. Not only did the arrangement NOT look like the one I chose, it wasn't even comparable and appeared sloppily put together. Very dissatisfied.

It was delivered to a friend. The items was left at her door and discovered when she arrived home. I don't know if that was the best choice of delivery, as she lives in an apartment complex. She was delighted with the item and surprised. That's satisfaction for me. Had it been left there... it would have been a wasted effort if she didn't get it. What would my recourse have been with your business?
