I love the idea of sending balloons instead of flowers, most ICU rooms do not allow flowers but $50 for balloons seems expensive..

On 02-25-2019, I ordered a "Surprise cyclamen" with a birthday balloon, and a box of chocolate. I paid $98.53.
Guess, what I received. The cyclamen was really surprise, because i could hold it in my one hand, it was smallest what I'd ever seen. The balloon was bigger. No chocolate.
I called them immediately. They told they give me back $10 for chocolate.
The 88 years old lady's birthday doesn't matter (for this company).
So, I paid $88.53 for a handful cyclamen and a two handful balloon.
Yes, next time I will use another company, and seriously suggest it to everyone. BEWARE of this company!

Disappointed with arrangement. Arrangement didn't look like what I ordered. Flowers looked liked just dumped into small vase. Lilies fully bloomed. Good thing is my daughter said it smelled good and she liked it!
